One-to-one nutrition support

Nutrition support involves addressing your queries and providing guidance between consultations. Prior to the consultation, I request completion of a questionnaire and a food diary. During our meeting (online or in person), we delve into your lifestyle, diet and symptoms, exploring potential triggers contributing to your health issues. We create a tailored meal plan, simple to follow recipes and supplement program designed specifically for your needs using only scientifically-backed and reputable brands, with a discount on online supplements.

Laboratory test analysis & interpretation

In certain situations, you may be advised to undergo laboratory tests. These tests serve to understand the potential factors contributing to your health concerns, rule things out and monitor your progress as you follow the program. A test will require a sample of either your breath, blood, saliva, urine, stool or hair. Majority of the samples can be conveniently taken at home, although there might be instances where you’ll need to visit a laboratory for sample collection.
